Shipping policy

We offer a door-to-door courier service using The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s leading express courier companies.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

You will also receive an SMS on the morning of delivery. At this point you will have a choice to either reschedule delivery, leave with a neighbor/security or to go ahead with the delivery. A second SMS will be sent when your order is the next on the list.  

Estimated Delivery Time

Main areas: 5-7 working & include: Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Stellenbosch.

Outer lying Areas: 7-10 working days.
